A report you cannot understand is of no use. Every observation is worded to be clear without needless technical vocabulary.
Tell the important from the rest
No building is perfect. The inspector's job is to tell you what really matters, not to lengthen a list.
Stay available afterwards
The real questions often come up on a second reading of the report. The follow-up conversation is included for that reason.
