Why choose us

What you can expect, from the first call to the follow-up conversation.

A rigorous approach

The same method and the same standard on every mandate, whatever the building and whatever the reason for the inspection.

Explanations you can follow

A report you cannot understand is of no use. Every observation is written without needless technical vocabulary.

Complementary technology

Thermal imaging is always included, and the drone is used as an observation tool when conditions allow.

Attentive follow-through

We stay reachable after the report is delivered: the real questions often come up on a second reading.

Frequently asked questions

The four questions we are asked most often before an inspection.

How much does an inspection cost?

The price depends on the type of building, its floor area and its year of construction — travel is never charged as a supplement, wherever you are on the territory. The quote form works out the exact amount in a few minutes and presents it itemised, with no obligation on your part.

How soon can I get an appointment?

That depends on the time of year and on your municipality. We agree on the date directly with you once the quote is accepted, rather than announcing a turnaround we could not guarantee.

What is the difference between a pre-purchase inspection, a pre-sale inspection and a health check?

The visit and the report are the same. What changes is the timing and the use: the pre-purchase inspection informs a buying decision, the pre-sale inspection prepares a listing, and the health check serves to plan the upkeep of a property you are keeping.

Do I have to be present during the inspection?

It is not required, but it is recommended. Being on site lets you ask your questions in front of the component concerned. If you cannot come, the report is just as complete and the follow-up conversation covers its important points.
